Question I can`t access the BIOS

Yesterday i upgraded my cpu from ryzen 3 to ryzen 7 and everything seemed to be working fine but suddenly i realized that the ram was working at lower speeds
So i decided to fix that in the BIOS (I've done this several times) but now I can't access the BIOS.

When i try entering the BIOS the pc continues working but doesn't show any hdmi output to the monitor. I tried removing the cmos battery and entering through Windows but nothing worked.

what are you running now? the 3600x or 2700x, and with the gpu?

amd i made a small upgrade now im using rx 580 8gb asus rog strix

recheck the monitor cable to make sure it connect to the gpu

btw im using the pc rn so it shouldnt be the gpu

the monitor is 144hz dell i dont remember the exact model

it turns out that somehow the cpu wasnt supporuing moded gpus or something like this but im not shure cuz when i changed my gpu with a new without moded vbios it worked
