Start at the beginning with full details about the system. Brand/model of the laptop, what you tried already if anything, what is blinking? Is it just a DOS prompt like cursor blinking on the top left? Does it go to the BIOS screen OK if you try to get to the BIOS? Anything happen to the system before the issue started?
