[SOLVED] I cannot boot my pc

Hello guys,
I ran into a problem. When i start up my pc i hear fans running but nothing shows on the screen.
What is the solution???

Can you get into bios (tap F2 or Del key)?
Is the monitor on?
Is the monitor input correct?

it was RAM problem..
these chinese mootherboard had a weak slots
