I have to problems;

1. Computer displays nothing
2. Cannot execute the installation cd for my drivers

Completed my first build of a PC, these are the specs:

ASUS M81-A Motherboard (LGA 1150)
HDD SATA Seagate 500GB
8GBx2 Ballistic (RAM)
Corsair 500 PSU
4th Generation Celeron 2.8GHz processor
HP CD/DVD writer/read
emachine keyboard
insignia USB mouse
DELL monitor
Antec case

Although everything boots up and turns on, there is nothing being displayed. Not even a prompt to go to the BIOS. So I though of loading the CD installer to load the drives and yet that will not boot. I am sure everything is working, but I do not know why there isn't a display on anything, and why the disk will not load. Any suggestions?

Make sure that the RAM sticks are well fixed in place. Also try removing one of them and booting with only 1 RAM stick.
Also check that the PSU cables are connected to the motherboard where they should be.

I am not sure which to press, ether the esc key or the delete button but the I don't know basically since I seem to not have anything displayed.
