I cannot change my screen saver

Hello, I get this msg,"Windows cannot access devise, path or file. you may not hacve the appropriate permission to access them" Any help will bring a smile on my face. Thanks :-(
 
After looking into this a little bit I found that this solution has worked for many people. Try this.

- Right click on the file and open Properties.

- Under General tab, towards the bottom you will see classified under Security : This file came from another computer and might be blocked to help protect this computer.

- Unblock it. Click apply > OK.
