I can connect to WiFi via WiFi Extender, but cannot connect directly to my broadband provider's Hub.
However this issue is only with my PC. I can connect to my neighbour's Broadband Hub via WiFi without any issues.

Every other device and my other PC connects perfectly fine directly to my Broadband Hub/Router.

I've tried:
  • Resetting the router
  • Resetting the network adapter
  • Disabling and enabling the network adapter
  • Updated windows and adapter driver etc

I can't seem to find out what the issue is.

Any help or solution would be appreciated.

Have you tried a wired connection to see if that works?
I haven't tried connecting with wire as the broadband hub is at a distance, however the wifi works perfectly fine when connecting to the wifi extender or connecting to my neighbours wifi.

Could it be something to do with bios, as both of my pc's are starting to do it, phones and tablet work fine

Both of my pcs are Beelink Ser5 and Beelink EQR5

They have the Intel wifi 6 Ax200 adapters

I recently moved and got VM Broadband, it worked fine with no issues for 4-5 months, there was an outage in the area, after that I started experiencing this issue, They replaced the Hub twice. So I switched broadband provider to Vodafone to resolve the issue. Worked fine for a few days and started experiencing the same issue again.

Its a Vodafone power hub, I recently switched from VM. (its 5GHZ)

The extender is TP- Link WA854RE 300Mbps (its2.4GHZ) wifi works fine when connected to it

I have total 6 Devices connected 2 Phones, 2 PC's (one Pc is currently off), 1 Tablet, and Amazon Firestick

My initial thoughts are in terms of some issue between the Vodaphone device and the externder (rather old).

If the range extender is completely removed from the equation, and all devices are close to the "hub", what doesn't connect/detect the networks properly?

Everything connects to the extender perfectly fine and the wifi works fine on it.

When connecting the devices to the hub every device connects fine and the wifi works fine on all devices except for the two PCs.

The range extender is a 2.4Ghz device only.

This connection is showing a 5Ghz connection.

Is your hub broadcasting both 2.4 and 5Ghz networks with different SSIDs?
