Recently I have been trying to delete a game and it always crashes when I try to uninstall it.

So I decided to delete all the files and it helped uninstalling it.

But I found a remaining folder in my PF(x86) and it doesn't respond when I try to delete it.

I manually deleted each sub folder until I've isolated which folder is corrupted.

I can't open this folder and I can't delete it.

fileassassin cannot delete it since it's not considered a file.

I have also tried deleting it from CMD but it cannot detect the folder name from my commands.

Please give me some advise

Solution
boot to a linux thumb drive and open the file explorer, browse the HDD and locate the folder, highlight and press delete.
reboot to windows
linux ignores windows files permissions.
might be possible that this is ALREADY deleted and you see windows "Cache"
I'm using this:
http://www.techadvisor.co.uk/download/portable-applications/unlocker-191-64-bit-3249298/
it have option of deleting after restart.
No file/ folder survived this in my experience and also it shows what stops you from deleting it. Well, mostly.
