Question I cannot Factory Reset my laptop because a virus is blocking all the ways to do it ?

I have tried a lot of youtube videos but its not working . Even my Windows Security has gone blank. Is there a way to delete all files because I'm ready to delete everything and do a fresh start.

This site has a graph shorting key combinations for a few different models. It appears that for many models you may need to press F12 or FN and F12 together to get the boot menu, then you should hopefully be able to select your USB drive and reformat.

What google said. This would factory reset but don't know how out of date it is.

When the PC is completely turned off, press the Novo Button on your Laptop. Novo button is a small circular button usually near the power button or on the left side of the laptop. The system will power on to display the Novo Button Menu. Use your arrow keys to select System Recovery and press Enter.
