I cannot overclock my cpu 8700k

New to the thing called OC with intel cpu but I need your help my hardware is
I7-8700k
Asus z370g
16gb corsair 3200mhz

My problem is that neither the bios or os will identify whatever oc option i twitch motherboard has saved alla my option but denies to change to them keeping the cpu to stock speeds whatever option i choose ive searched articles,updated bios to last version,reset everything but it will not change the clcok speeds whatever ive tried.

I will always start by resetting the motherboard cmos battery. Can you detail what settings have you changed?

I didnt ry to do it bcs in order to remove it i have to remove my sli and its very time consuming i will propably do it tommorow because i ve been stuck in a loop for 10 hours now

Page 23 shows a jumper on the mb you can use to clear cmos ram. No need to remove battery.
