I Cannot Port Forward (NAT Type)

Hi, i have tried, for several months, to port forward some of the games i play with my friends, so that i can actually play with them. But i can't. This time it's specifically for Black Ops 4 here on pc. No matter what i do, i cannot change my NAT type to something else than strict. I have tried literally everything that i could google myself to. But nothing has worked.

Feel free to ask for information, so you can better help me.

Same here, I am going to phone my ISP, I'll let you know what they say.

So after phoning my ISP, they have told me it was because I have a Static IP Address on their end.
They recommend to me that I should use a Dynamic IP Address and that it could be converted within 24 Hours.
It worked within the following hour and my Nat Type is now Open.

Things you can do without the ISP are:
a) Yes port forward.
The ports for PC Black Ops 4 are:
TCP: 3074,27014-27050
UDP: 3478,4379-4380,27000-27031,27036
b) Double check that UPnP is enabled.
c) Optimise your router, turning off unnecessary features.
