I cannot see CPU temp, fan speeds etc

My mobo: Asus - ROG STRIX Z370-E GAMING ATX LGA1151 Motherboard

Now I can access my CPU temp, fan speeds, OC options in BIOS when i boot my pc up. But shouldn't there be also an option to use that control panel when im logged in on windows?

I updated my mobo with the disk provided and for my GPU using the nvidia website

There maybe software to show cpu temperature & fan speeds (possibly voltages) on the motherboard driver disk.
But it's not part of windows or installed by default

There are third party programs available
