I cannot see my downloaded programs

Hello,
i cannot see my downloaded programs in bbci player desktop. i have tried uninstalling adobe and bbci player and installed them again. I even did the restore to an older date. Help please

Hi, usually when you download, you select where it downloads to?
It can have a pre-set download folder from the download manager but, you must remember to look where it's going to?

Use the 'Search' in the Computer windows on the right. Type in what it is supposed to be called or even a couple of letters will suffice and, it should search through the whole file system. Wave your mouse over the answer, but, do not select it. The information should tell you where it is? Hope that helps?
