The page just hangs..
I also get an error on the bottom left of the notification area "done, but with errors on page"...
Line: 2
Char: 7
Error: invalid character
Code: 0
URL: http://tomshardware.com/
**(with anything after http://tomshardware.com/ seems)** including the login pop-up.. but I was able to register, and I got the notification e-mail and replied to it- but then I could not sign in. The error could be a coincidence too, it happens on some other websites for as long as I can remember on all the PCs I have ever used. I did hold down ctrl while clicking the "submit" button too. I also allowed pop-ups, etc..
I also noticed the website graphics are a little messed up in some ways- the "Submit button" with the green check on the left inside a little white box has a plain text "Submit Query" (w/o quotes) written over the top of it. I doubt that has anything to do with it either but who knows. Any ideas? I just hope I can even post this post successfully somehow. Sheesh.. If I cannot anon this post I guess I will e-mail it to an admin.
Win XP home SP2
IE7
everything all updated
no viruses or malware or worms or trojans or anything of that sort.
No this is not a joke.. 4/1/09 Thanks if you have any helpful suggestions..
