I cannot turn off RST Controlled

Hello I just recently downloaded and install the NVMe Samsung 970 PRO 1TB and every time I turn off RST Controlled on my BiOS after restarting I always get BSOD Screen. When I turn on RST Controlled everything work fine and I can boot to my windows.

And one more thing when I go to my Samsung Magician program last time it shows NVMe Samsung Drive now it’s saying it’s an SSD Drive instead of an NVMe SSD Drive
Please help ASAP!!!
