I cannot turn on my computer

Hey, my computer worked properly but today somehow it stopped to work. When I put power supply cable to socket 2 little leds start to work - red one pwr_led and green one rst_led rst_sw. Is that any clue why when I try to turn on my computer with power button nothing is happening ?

I checked as well sockets and cables and it works on different computer. Everything is with with electricity
