I cannot upgrade to win 7 ultimate 64 bit, when clicked upgrade it shows a compatibilty report

Hey guys, im running windows 7 ultimate 32 bit..and want to upgrade it to 64 bit. It is 64 bit capable, when i click on the upgrade button, i get a compatibility report! What should i do ??

You cannot upgrade from 32-bit to 64-bit (or vice versa). A clean install (wipe the drive) is required. You will first have to back up all of your files and get out the installation media (and keys) for all of your software as everything will have to be reinstalled.

There is no UPGRADE path from 32 bit to 64 bit. You have to do a new install.
