i can't acces the wifi of our collage during night ,may be due to the cyber roam its showing limited connection ,tell how to b

there is wifi in our collage they cant completely shutdown the server but they kept accesing timings so it will be avilable only in the day and i stops working in the nights saying limited connection from 10:00 pm to moring 06:00 am .is there any way hack the wifi and use the data during the night. plse let me know
