I can't access a website from my laptop only while other devices can access

Hi, my name is Xie, and i got a question
My house is connected by one wireless network, but it is just my laptop that can't access several website while other devices can access the website normally (to be more specific I can't open just google.com just in my laptop from every web browser since yesterday)
I tried to turn off the avast IS's firewall but it is not helping,
i tried to input dns but it is not helping too
and i tried ccleaner to clean some junks but it is not helping too
my laptop is Acer aspire E5-551 with Windows 10

firefox : The connection has timed out, The server at www.google.co.id is taking too long to respond.

Seems like your Laptop is not getting the internet access. If other devices are working fine then it means that your router is perfectly setup. You should try using Wifi of your laptop on any other network.
