Question I can't access my modems GUI!!

I have spectrum and use a Ubee DVW32CB modem. I got to 192.168.100.1 and I'm presented with a login screen. I use the defaults (admin) and password (on the modems label) and it doesn't work. I reset the modem to make sure that the factory credentials would work but they still don't. any thoughts on how to fix this?

I tried all of those and still can't access the GUI. I reset the modem but the factory username and password still don't work! When I enter the credentials and hit sign in it clears what I typed and gives the sign in prompt again. Not sure if it's a credential issue or a connection issue.
