Hi everyone,

I have home assembled computer from 2009, here are the specs :

Motherboard : MSI P45 Neo-F (MS-7519)
Processor : Intel Core 2 Duo E8400
Graphic card : NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450 (added some months after)
RAM : 2 x DDRII 1066 2GB Xtreem Dark from Team Group INC
Hard drive : One SSD 256GB as a main hard drive (Windows 7 64 bits), and a 3 Tera as a second hard drive (added last year)

I bought new ram :
Crucial CL7 Memory RAM DDR2 4 Go (2 x 2 Go) PC2-8500 1066 MHz

When I put all the RAM together, my screen stays black so apparently it doesn't combine very well. Do you know why ? (I tried to remove the motherboard battery for 5 seconds as well)

Some other information :
My BIOS is up to date (1.2)

Thank you very much for your answers !

Well, I have 4 slots (2 orange and 2 green), the old RAM works when it's on the orange, also on the green.
Exactly the same behaviour with the new ones.

It just doesn't work when I put the old on the orange and the new on the green and vice versa.
