I cant adjust my headset's mic volume on properties, it's stuck at 0.0dB. I dont know what to do.
I have Hyper X Cloud 2 headset.

The headset you have comes with an inline USB driven sound card which has the controls for the mic and audio output(into the ears), see if they work. There also seems to be a firmware update for the headset you have, here.
