I cant boot in normal mode it automaticly boots me into safe mode (but safe mode is black)

I booted into safe mode but safe mode is black with safe mode writings on every corner, there is nothing else, i cant open task manager or anything...i cant boot into normal mode i saw 50 threads with similar problem but they could all access task manager...help

What happened just before your computer starting to boot into Safe Mode? Did you install any new software, make some hardware changes, or change any settings?

When you ARE in Safe Mode, what happens when you press Ctrl + Alt + Del?
