Question I cant boot my pc on my z390-A motherboard cuz of orange light

I built my new pc today and i cant boot my pc be cuz of the orange light on the motherboard and trust me i made sure that my ram inserted in the right way and i tryed to switch the rams in a diffrent slots and my rams are vengeance 3000hz 2×16 ddr4 and motherboard z390-a and every thing is new i dont think there is something wrong with rams or motherboard?! i tryed every thing and this is not my first time building a pc!!

And on the user guide it says: if an error is found, the corresponding led remains lit until the problem is solved
