I can't change CPU Fan speed; Speedfan doesn't work and bios doesn't show option

I can't change my CPU fan speed, it's so loud/fast. My CPU temperatures are fine and I don't know how to update my bios (this motherboard doesn't really have a brand) but this is the info I have

H61M-D3M. it's a knockoff motherboard but works fine. My fan has 4 pins and the CPU has 4 pins

could not find the board but bios will auto control the fan and if this rn run fast to cool cpu i would suggest to repaste it and see if coller still well seated on cpu slot another option would be to get a better cfm cooler .

The temperatures are cool enough. They're averaging 25 C . I also tried reseating the cooler multiple times.

if those are idle your and better if they are under you could check to have a cpu fann cooler with more cpu and range speed so it will run less faster and louder if the noise disturb you .
