I got an Core 2 Duo E2160 which should be working with 1,8 GHz (200x9 in Bios) but for some time my multiplier stuck on 6x and i can't seem to change it from that value so now my CPU works with 6x200 which gives 1,2 GHz. . . Whats going on ?

Have you tried loading Prime95/OCCT/running a video on youtube/etc.. to see if the multiplier would go up?

If i didn't tried i would not writen here ;)

I tried stress my CPU and RAM with Orthos, OCCT, tried to run Street Fighter 4 on max details, loaded it with loots of programs and others stuff, it don't change and tell me how could it change if multiplier in my Bios Settings is always set to 6x ? It's logical that if multiplier there is set to 6x then It don't jump back to 9x in windows no matter what (btw. when multiplier is stuck/blocked at 6x in Bios, EIST function doesn't working only C1E is working because it can change my voltages to lower value, and when necessary they can go back to full power)
