I Can't change the values in cpu-z

When I run cpu-z on my Inspiron 531 desktop, I can't change any of the values within the program. The multiplier for example. How can I enter new values in the program?

You can't. This program only shows specs of your machine.

CPU-Z isnt an OCing program. And most likely you arent going to be able to change anything in the BIOS of a prebuilt HP.
