I can't connect to my Arris modem settings page via my default gateway.

Hello all,

I am currently troubleshooting an issue with connection to chat on my game (League of Legends).It also won't play back flash videos on certain websites. I know how to fix the problem, but I cannot access my firewall settings on my modem due to the default gateway ip address. It gives me 69.178.32.1 but when I type that into my search bar no connection is found. I can access my wireless routers page with no problem. But when directly hooked up to my modem its a no go.

the way to find a ip is to copy it in google search and you get a lot of info .
