I'm having Internet connectivity troubles on my desktop

Ok so mobile on here is weird, and I messed up. I troubleshoot it says to restart the router, so I do and my desktop still won't work online it says there's a broken connection and to restart the router. Every other device in the house is working except my desktop

I'm having the exact same problem. I can access browser pages using my phone, but I can't play videos, and on every other computer in the house everything works fine. It only happens at night, and if I'm playing a game I'll stay connected until I exit, and if I try and get back into the game then it says I can't connect, but my WiFi says I'm connected fine. During the day when my internet is fine and I can load browsers, I'm not able to download anything or if I do its at a very slow rate of like 500 bytes, and my connection supports 2 mbps. I've tried /ipconfig release and renew and all that but it doesn't seem to do anything. Any help is appreciated.
