I cant copy and paste on windows 2012

Hello,
I can not copy and paste on to Microsoft Word 2012 I am running Windows 7 I have tried everything I can but I am not computer savy

Do you really have Office Word 2012 ?

fixing this sort of problem is difficult as some DLL's are either corrupt or not registered correctly and finding which ones responsible

Did copy & paste never work or is this something that happened recently
