Question I can't copy my Windows OS with iSumSoft

Title says most of it. For some reason it keeps saying that the target disk space isn't enough but I've formatted it twice by now.
Any people who have experience with this software?

1. Try a different application.
2. Give us a FULL rundown of all the specs of the system. Particularly the drive types, sizes, and current actual consumed space.
