I cant delete files in my External Harddrive

I was unable to delete files in my external harddrive in my computer but i tried to plug it in in the laptop and i was able to delete files there. how to fix this?

Please explain why you were unable to delete files when using it on your computer (in other words, what happened when you tried, any error messages etc.)

It sounds like you might be having permission issues on your computer/PC. This would explain why you are unable to delete those files. I'd recommend you check this tutorial on how to take ownership of your external drive on your computer.
