Hi, i need your help. why my hp pavillon 1154 desktop cant detect my own wifi signal. But i can detect my neighbor's wifi signal. But if i connect a lan cord, rj45 if i am not mistaken. I can access an internet connection. Help me guys

Have you disabled "Broadcast SSID" on your router? If you aren't broadcasting the SSID you won't see anything. Some people mistakenly believe that if they don't broadcast the SSID they are more secure. That is a fallacy. Good encryption (WPA2) and a strong password are your primary security protections.

No. My SSID is not hidden. My ipad and other device able to detect the signal. Only my desktop and my sony xperia neo L android phone are not able to detect my own wifi signal.

Are you using WEP for encryption? Maybe they won't let you use bad encryption by default.
