I can't disable Asus Express Gate

Hello everyone,

I have ran into this problem a couple of times now and I am getting pretty sick of it!

Whenever I start up my computer, it shows me the ASUS express gate menu:

I want this to be disabled. It's annoying, it's slow and I never actually enabled it.

Now, I now that I can disable it in the BIOS menu by putting the Express Gate on "Disabled":

But as you can see, it's already on Disabled. I can NOT disable it and it is very annoying. How do I get rid of this thing?
