If this is your PC, then you would presumably know the admin password.
If it is not your PC, then that is someone else. School, work, whomever.

You might want to explain your situation a little better.
Does your current user have admin rights?

It is my computer. I may have clicked administrator and not know where. So, I can't download, delete or any of the main things needed to do on my system. Please tell me where to go to fix this.

I can't tell you how to fix it, because I have no clue of what you actually did.

'System Administrator' is just an account. Presumably with a password.
If you did not create this account, who did?
