hello can anyone pls help me due to a recent virus on my dell 1545 laptop i cant do a system restore ,its asking me to contact my domain administrator ,ideally i would like to do a full system recovery can anyone pls help

wrong forum section..

it sounds like you are trying to do a system restore on an account that does not have administrator (full) priviledges enabled. you must log into an account with those privileges to do such a restore. you can check this under user accounts.


ideally you would have already eliminated the virus and all traces of it with a scan.
