Question I can't download anything from the Microsoft Store and have other issues

Although my internet works perfectly fine and every website opens with no problem. I have issues with the Microsoft Store, Steam and Epic Games. The issues started after I formatted my computer. Steam and Epic Games just won't open. Microsoft Store although it opens won't load any pictures and I can't download any apps.
I have:

1. Deleted and redownloaded Steam. Nothing changed.
2. Used the Windows 10 Troubleshoot. It found no problems.
3. I used the Windows 10 Antivirus to scan all the files. It found no problems.

Specs:

• Windows 10
• Ryzen 5 3600.
• Gigabyte GTX 1660 Super OC.
• Gigabyte B450M S2H.
• Corsair LPX 3000MHz 2x8GB RAM.
• Xioxia Exceria M.2 SSD.
• Corsair 650W Bronze

We have seen similar stories when IPv6 is used. Try disabling IPv6 on the network adapter properties.

I just disabled it and tried again. Nothing changed.

Next thing would be ensure it is not a DNS problem. Again in the properties of the network adapter, in the IPv4 section, manually set the DNS entries to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 (GOOGLE DNS servers). That should ensure you don't have DNS problems.
