I can't figure out what's wrong with my computer, can someone help?

Ok, so recently my computer got fried. At first I thought it was either the CPU or the motherboard, so I replaced them. Now after reconnecting everything the power turns on and the disc drive and CPU fan work, but the on case fans and the video card aren't working. Can someone help? Is it the power supply or what?
