Good question,

I use both and I dont notice a speed difference.

The western digital has got 1.75m mbtf vs samsungs 1.5m mbtf, also the wd blue is cheaper..

However u cant ever go wrong with samsung.

because youve got a mid tower case and it doesnt make sence to use an itx motherboard.
also I dont think you will need wifi.
