My friends tell me asus is the way to go, but their are just to many choices. I don't want to waste money on a motherboard with an unneeded number of sockets. I need a motherboard that will work good with what i picked out. What I will be connecting to the motherboar is the following:
OS = Windows 8
GPU = Geforce GTX 760 (I'm pretty solid on this one)
CPU = FX 8320 (or FX 6350 but i'm more for the other one and intel is too pricey)
RAM = 8Gb
SSD = Samsung 840 EVO 250Gb or Crucial m500 240Gb (I'm undesided about the two)
Storage = 1 Tb
Power Supply will be desided after i pick out a motherboard.

The M5A87 R2.0 (as suggested above) is great for budget overclocking.

On a different note, I strongly urge you to avoid any AM3+ processor. They have no upgrade path, so when it comes time to upgrade you will most likely be buying an Intel anyway. I suggest you get something like the 4570 or higher on an ASRock Z87 Extreme4 (great sale on Amazon right now).

This just gives you a more powerful processor with greater upgradability for not much more. If you need help fitting within a budget, let me know.

Sorry for hijacking the question.
