I can't find a monitor with 1-2ms time that matches my old monitor

I'm currently looking to upgrade from my playstation 3dtv monitor (yes it is a monitor) to an equivalent (or better) 1-2ms monitor with the same brightness, contrast, hz, etc.

Unless you can convince me that either:
A. It doesn't exist new for under 600 USD or
B. I'll never notice the difference between 1ms and 4ms.

PS. The 3d functionality matters little to me. In the 3+years I've had it, I've used the 3d for no more than 20 hours.

The specs are as follows
120mhz Refresh Rate
1920x1080 Resolution
5000:1 Static Contrast Ratio
16.7m colors
4ms Response Time (looking for 1-2ms)

PS. The 3d is a gimmick, in the 3+years that I've owned it, I've probably used the 3d less than 20 hours.

Solution
I would sell it and get a nice 144hz 1ms monitor, they are everywhere. I can't really give a specific recommendation as everything is priced differently here in Australia (assuming you are in the US)

At 120hz you are getting a new frame every 8 1/3 ms (8.33ms). A 4ms response time is not going to be noticeable when you are only getting a new frame every 8.33ms, the most you are going to get is one frame where the monitor does not respond. the difference between 4ms and 1ms is negligible imo and probably not worth the money. If i was going to upgrade i would go to 144hz and or/1440p.

I would sell it then! There are lots of 144hz 1ms response time monitors out there for less than 600 usd (less than 500 dollars here in australia so I would assume less than that in the us). I don't see that many 120Hz monitors around now, mostly 60 and 144
