Question i cant find an adapter for this PCI-E cable to an 8 pin

every one that ive looked at looks different than my cable can some one tell me the type of cable this is, or better yet send me a link to an adapter for an 8 pin (one that could fit in a
MSI GeForce GTX 1060 Gaming X 3G 3GB) thanks in advance

The two prong one dangling off in that picture is the one that makes that an 8-pin connector for your GPU.

The GPU requires an 8 pin.
That connector is 6+2.

Hold the two pieces together when you connect it to the GPU.
6+2 = 8.
