[SOLVED] i cant find cd rom and secure boot for installing win 10

i have a hp probook 6440b that i want to install windows 7 from dvd on this but there is no cd rom in boot option menu and someone says that i should disable secure boot but i cant find that too i dont know what should i do help me please and im sorry that i cant speak english well.
