Find a Seasonic S12II-520 or S12II-620, or Corsair CX550w. Those will be the least expensive models worth using for most regions that don't have a lot of good models available at very reasonable prices.

There are currently not any budget priced Cooler master power supplies that are good enough to recommend. Everything they are selling in the lower end segment these days is pretty terrible. Sorry, but that's a fact. That unit would be better than the Masterwatt Lite, but not by much.

Same pretty much goes for Thermaltake as well. Corsair is about the only major player with any at least marginally worthwhile units in the very low end budget segment aside from the Seasonic S12II units. Possibly if you can find an Antec VP-450 or VP 550, or Antec Earthwatts unit, those would be ok choices too.
