I cant find my hard drive

I cant find my drive e: but i can burn a disk, also my removable disk but my computer detected it

Bit more details needed, do you not have a drive E: in your computer and you used to? What drive letters do you have? If you have one hard drive your optical drive is probably drive D:. What are you talking about also your removable disk? PC sees it but does not assign it a drive letter? It is a flash drive, external hard drive, what? Does it work on another computer?
