I cant find my Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel

i cant seem to find it when i right click on the desktop. i install it from the CD of my gigabyte H97m-D3H, should i uninstall it? and download a new one.

It's definitely possible that your drivers might be out of date.

Try using intel's update utility:
