I Can't find the Appdata in Admin in C drive !!

OK, so at first I had windows 7 32bit OS then I changed it into windows 7 64 bit .
When I opened the admin folder in User(in C drive) I can find the Appdata folder in 32 bit, but now I can't find it . The computer tells that it is present , so I think it might be hidden but I can't find it.
The Appdata folder is required because I need some important files to copy their to play some of the new games .
So if anyone knows the problem or can find it, I will be very much thankful.

Did you make sure you made hidden files visible? Go to folder options, view, and check "show hidden files, folders and drives" and hit apply.
