Lately, I have noticed that some MB manufacurers do omit the BIOS force clear jumpers--probably because so many people are automatically opting to just remove the RTC/backup battery. I just can't see that the pick and place cost of adding the jumper is significant enough to warrant its omission otherwise.
Then there are those, like MSI, who have kept the jumper and added an externally accessible clear push button switch--probably due to the demands of over-clockers who have pushed their timings into un-bootability, and don't want to open the case to reset.
In reality, the pads for the jumper header are probably there, and just wire-shorting them would do the trick, too.
