Hello dear community,

I have a big problem. I can't find the graphics outputs (hdmi for eample) of my new PC. It seems as if there is nothing where the graphics card should be because there is a hole which comprises two slots. And if I move my PC I can hear a scratching sound. I have no idea of computers so could you help me? This is the first time I wrote something in a forum. Therefore English isn't my mother tongue so I apologize for every mistake in the sentences which I wrote here.

If i turn on the pc I hear a loud noise. I think the fans make it.

I will never buy a computer from Germany again. They seem to have no idea. I asked the support hotline and nobody was able to find out what the problem is. They asked: "Are you too st*pid to find an hdmi output?"
Verry rude. And furthermore I asked how to send them the pc because I think there is something wrong with it. The guy said I should read the manual before I send it back because he thinks I am to inexperienced with computers. So I am not able to plug the cable into the pc and my monitor.
What should I do? Is there a chance to get my money back?

Please help me. Thank you for your help.

It seems as if there are the outputs but I can't use it because they doesn't work. That is crazy. There were covers on the outputs. I have never seen that the outputs are there.
I can post the hardware which should be included. It was a non-seller - so it is 3 years old now. I don't want to mention the shop because I don't want to get in trouble with them.

Intel core i5 2500K
8 gigabytes of DDR3
GTX 580

I bought it for 350€ and thought it should be fine just because the pc has a quadcore and 8 gigabytes of ram.

Take a full picture please. Also if there is a Gtx 580 in there you should have a hdmi output, from your first picture looks like your graphics card is missing. Take a better bigger picture please

Unscrew the bolts and open a side of your case to see if your graphics card is in there. I strongly doubt that it would fall off
