I cant find the @ on my turkish acer laptop

i have tried all applications and still cannnot get the @ on my new acer laptop,(turkish keyboar)

Hi everyone thank you for your help, contacted Acer turkey and it is shift i, never seen or heard of that one before, and this is my 3rd turkish computer, not even any of the internet cafes had this as a possibility
