Beforehand, i would like to say that my english isn't that good, because it isn't my first language, so now will get into the problem.

I use a HP V6, 2x8GB, 2666Mhz, DDR4 - 7EH61AA#ABM, and when i use the userbenchmark, it says that i have to enable the X.P.M, because they are working under-perfomance, so i tried, but the option wasn't there. I tried see other forums with similar problems, but any of them give me the solution, so i woulg like to request the help of anyone who read the post. I don't know much of computer so i can't understand well the CPU-Z, however i will write some of the information of the computer below, hoping it can help.

I assume you mean HP memory, okay.

H110 chipset motherboard.

What CPU? Locked CPUs may not let you use faster memory speeds. Usually reserved for higher end CPUs like i5 and i7. i3 and Pentiums may be locked to the default speed.
